October 1 giveaway & 20/21 banquet announcement

Posted: 10/1/2020

Good morning everyone!!

With being October 1 that means the end to our Early Bird discount and announcing the final winner of our summer giveaway; the giveaway for September is a pair of C&A Pro Skis and the name drawn this morning was…. Masters class racer Chad Ingebretson of Mayville, ND!

This spring we had set goals for our membership turnout for the 20/21 season and we exceeded our Early Bird membership goal and then the push last night actually pushed us over the goal for the total season memberships. We have now surpassed the membership turnout of last season which proves that all of you are just excited as us to get back to racing!!

We have over 20 Pro class riders signed up and almost 30 Semi Pro riders as of today which both show growth for our sport; overall numbers are up for classes which means we will have some great racing for the 20/21 season!

As we close in on Pine Lake we will continue to keep everyone up to date but in the meantime, we hope to see many of you at the Straw Days snowmobile/atv trade show in Somerset, WI Oct 16/17. Todd will be on hand for a couple hours Friday morning but then he and Andrea have a commitment out of town so Jeremy and Haley will be working the booth for the remainder of the weekend. We will have a small selection of 20/21 Cor PowerSports clothing on hand at that event as well as closeout carry over clothing from Cor PowerSports and USXC apparel.

Classic / Vintage / Jr’s: at the I-500 this year there will be a few changes for you; Classic will race one loop on Saturday (125 miles), Vintage will race one loop on Sunday (125 miles) and ALL Junior racers will race one loop on Saturday and Sunday (250 miles)

Park Rapids we are working out details for these classes and exactly what they will be running for day & mileage.

Year end banquet: two months ago we launched a survey to the racers via email and social media to get input on the 20/21 year end banquet. The survey received 90 votes in which 46.7% wanted Sunday night at Giants Ridge after the last race, we had said we will go with what the majority of the racers wanted to choose for timing of the banquet.

Watch social media and website for updates and we will send any high priority information via email as needed.
