Yesterday we were on-site in Ottertail checking ice conditions, and everything is good to go!
Racers:
Registration closes at 6 pm this coming Wednesday, so do NOT delay and get signed up before the cutoff and save money by avoiding late fees.
We need all racers to head over to https://form.jotform.com/253504487536059 and fill out the new Racer Tech Information form. There is a new Pre Tech process, and it will be entirely digital, so you will receive an email after you clear Pre and Post Tech. ALL your safety gear needs to come with you to Pre Tech. In addition to safety gear, you also need the correct color combo for the numbers (black on white or white on black) on the sides of your machine, and hi-vis yellow on your windshield.
Transponders must be mounted per the rules; we preach this every year, and some choose not to mount them, so now it is part of the pre-tech process. Mount your transponders, or you will not pass pre-tech. In every race, there is someone with scoring issues, and often the same person, but 99% of the time, the problem is that the transponder is not mounted, so now we will be checking this and enforcing it.
No parking on the lake this weekend until Friday, the local group will be plowing pits and working on the access, so we will need to keep trailers in the boat launch lot until Friday.

Due to past issues, we have a new media policy in place. Any media wanting to have access to our events needs to fill out the media credentials form at https://form.jotform.com/253644904925060
Racers and Fans:
We upgraded our scoring system this fall, and all live timing and scoring will now be on the MyLaps Speedhive App. It is available on Apple and Android app stores. Web browsers can follow online at https://speedhive.mylaps.com/livetiming/todd@corpowersports.com. That link is to the series profile; ALL events will be available this season on the Speedhive App and not Race Monitor.
