Dunmire’s Trilogy Cup event update
We were on-site Thursday December 7 to check on conditions on North Long Lake in Brainerd, MN for the upcoming event December 27-29.
We checked the ice in multiple locations where the event is planned to be routed; with the warm weather over the weekend along with the long range forecast we will not have enough ice to safely run the event. It is very disheartening to make the decision but we are canceling the race.
With the Christmas holiday just before the scheduled race weekend we wanted to make this announcement this week to enable our racers and fans to adjust their schedules to accommodate family plans.
At this time there is no date set for rescheduling this event.
The season opener will now be in Ottertail, MN January 11-12, 2025
We wish everyone a Merry Christmas and look forward to seeing everyone in Ottertail, MN
