Fifteen years ago, the Cor PowerSports Race Series set out to redefine what’s possible in snowmobile racing. Through every twist, turn, and snowstorm, we’ve chased one goal: to deliver the most thrilling, demanding, and memorable events in the sport. While recent winters have tested our resolve, this milestone 15th season marks our boldest effort yet—a return to the raw excitement and relentless challenge that define actual cross-country racing. Get ready for a season that pushes the limits and crowns the industry’s most versatile racers.
Cross-country racing has always resonated with recreational riders. Our races span terrain that mirrors what everyday riders encounter on machines available from dealers. Cross-country racing is also highly valued by manufacturers, who invest thousands of hours in research and development, leading to technological advancements in the consumer sleds available today.
Over the past year, we have developed new race venues and worked to bring back favorite locations.
Today, we announce our 2026 Cor PowerSports Race Series schedule. This season, we secured 3 and 5 year contracts with many of our current venues, demonstrating the long-term vitality of cross-country racing. We are also reviving a beloved event and introducing a brand-new terrain race, both of which represent our commitment to the future of the sport.
We’re bringing back the Turtle River Rough Riders 100 in Manvel, ND, featuring the same challenging cross-country terrain and a strong community spirit.
New this year is the Porcupine Mountains 100 in Ontonagon, MI, presented by Hamilton’s North Coast Adventure. This venue offers a vast trail system and fresh energy for Midwest racers.
As the season approaches, more information will follow. With this year’s schedule, racers can look forward to multiple events—plowed lake, unplowed lake, traditional ditch racing, woods, and short course ski hill racing.
