2023 race season update
With the upcoming season opener for the Ottertail 100 only 47 days away we know everyone is in high gear prepping for the opener.
Couple reminders:
  • ALL racers need to have the ISR license for the upcoming season, get signed up for that at https://usacracing.redpodium.com/2023-isr-snowmobile-license
  • Numbers for the 2023 season need to be black on white background or white on black ground for the sides of the sled and Hi Vis yellow on the windshield
  • When you come to pre tech inspection come in full gear as all safety equipment needs to be inspected
  • When registering for an event please list all sponsors, brands, etc as our announcer and media personnel would like to be able to share this information
  • As stated in every riders meeting transponders MUST be mounted on the sled & it’s your responsibility to ensure it is charged and in working order
There has been quite a few inquiries about rates for the upcoming season, we had been notified our event premiums would see an increase for the 2023 so we have been awaiting that information to set rates.
Last week we were notified rate increases would be taking effect in the near future but we could purchase at the 2022 rate until the change. With that news we made a significant up front investment to secure four event policies so we could keep our event fees the same as last year.
With this we are also going to keep 2023 rates the same throughout the season as last year, we are doing all we can to keep the controllable expenses down so it keeps more funds in your budgets.
Registration for the Ottertail and Nisswa race will open Dec 1.
